During each visit to your home, scheduled weekly, bi-weekly or as needed, your dedicated Home Service Professional utilizes a specific checklist to thoroughly inspect the home’s interior and exterior. We will then report any items that need attention in a detailed post-visit report. This includes any vehicle management that may need to be done to ensure you return to operational vehicles.
Handyman Services
Your Home Service Professional can handle a variety of licensed handyman services including repairs, maintenance and a vast array of projects around your home. Bigger projects that require a contractor will be discussed in detail with you, and your home watch expert can coordinate the project.
Emergency Services
We understand that emergencies can happen at any time. That's why we provide prompt and efficient emergency home watch services to address urgent issues and prevent further damage. This also includes storm prep for any inclement weather we may experience in SWFL.
